Anna Udine. HDip HE Counselling. M.B.A.C.P.
As a local woman, I am keen to promote positive change within my community, and as such I hope to reach everyone, working in an online capacity, face to face and at times getting out into the community. I am passionate about helping people live their lives to their full potential.
I offer a caring and professional service, working with issues that impact emotionally and psychologically, such as anxiety, depression, fears, and relationship issues. Together with my professional training and life experience, I offer empathy and common sense to help you explore those issues affecting you right now.
Working with a Professional
Research shows that success in therapy depends on the quality of the relationship and the rapport that is built up between a client and a counsellor, rather than the type of therapy. It is therefore important to work with a therapist who has been trained and understands the vital role of relationship, and who preferably is a member of a professional body.
I am a registered member of the Professional body for psychotherapists and counsellors – the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). You can click on the link to check the register.
Working with a Professional therapist means you are working with someone who understands psychological and emotional disorders.
